ADRP and AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE POLICY

GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC USES AN ‘ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM’ (ADRP) AND ‘AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS’ PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS INTERNAL AND EMPLOYMENT RELATED SITUATIONS. ADRP CONSISTS OF THREE (3) STEPS: a} AN OPEN DOOR POLICY; b} MEDIATION; AND c} FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RESOLVE, EFFECTIVELY AND FAIRLY, ALL JOB RELATED CONFLICTS USING THESE STEPS.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THE ADRP AND AGREEMENT POLICY, GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC AND YOU, THE EMPLOYEE, AGREE TO ARBITRATE ALL CLAIMS AND CONTROVERSIES FOR WHICH A COURT OR GOVERNMENT BODY WOULD OTHERWISE BE AUTHORIZED TO GRANT RELIEF TO THE EMPLOYEE, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE EMPLOYMENT OR TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT WITH GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC THIS ALSO INCLUDES ALL CLAIMS THAT GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC MAY HAVE AGAINST THE EMPLOYEE OR THAT THE EMPLOYEE MAY HAVE AGAINST GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC. THIS MEANS THAT BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO ARBITRATE ALL DISPUTES FOR CLAIMS OF WAGES OR OTHER COMPENSATION DUE; CLAIMS FOR BREACH OF ANY CONTRACTS OR PROMISE; EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED; TORT CLAIMS; SEXUAL HARASSMENT CLAIMS; CLAIMS OF DISCRIMINATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS BASED ON RACE, SEX, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE, MARITAL STATUS, HANDICAP, DISABILITY OR MEDICAL CONDITION; CLAIMS FOR BENEFITS, EXCEPT AS EXCLUDED IN THE FULL POLICY; AND CLAIMS FOR VIOLATION OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR OTHER GOVERNMENTAL CONSTITUTION, STATUTE, ORDINANCE, REGULATION, OR THE COMMON LAW.
BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF, READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE ABOVE REFERENCED POLICY.

Conflict of Interest

DO YOU HAVE ANY RELATIVES, FRIENDS OR OTHER RELATIONS THAT MIGHT COMPETE WITH GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC, OR BE IN CONFLICT TO YOUR WORK AT GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC; EXAMPLE-CLIENTS OF 3DIMENSION CONSTRUCTION MGMT, WORK WITH GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC, OR ARE USING THE SERVICES OF GCB METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS, LLC?
